- Shareholder Günther Scholz proposes: " The acts of the Supervisory Board are not approved". - Grounds: "BEWAG's Environmental Report confirms, that brown coal causes the highest specific CO2 emissions. Through inter-company links to LAUBAG and VEAG, with brown coal purchases and electricity trading, on the one hand the destruction of the 650 year-old listed Sorb village of Horno is condoned, and on the other hand, with 6,000 ÖkoPur customers – a small drop in the ocean –technically-feasible environmentally-compatible energy generation is demonstrated. In consequence, BEWAG must halt purchases of brown coal and electricity from these companies until such time as the survival of Horno is certain, and intensify activities in the generation and distribution of regenerative energy, as shareholders determined in the BEWAG Memorandum and Articles of Association under the heading: "Purpose of the business". - Shareholder Dr. Gotthard Schulte-Tigges proposes: " The acts of the Supervisory Board are not approved". - Grounds: "The interlinking of interests with brown coal strip-mining through direct participation and Vattenfall shareholdings results in adverse effects on the climate and an economically irresponsible business policy.
